Terms and Conditions
How orders, styling, shipping and returns work when you buy from the shop or WhatsApp.
The shop
Silver Victory Exclusive Fashion sells jewellery, cosmetics, clothing, wigs, gele, shoes, bags and African products from London and Manchester. Pieces are chosen one by one. Photos on the website are a guide to what we hold; stock can change.
Orders
An order is confirmed when we agree the piece, the size and the price on WhatsApp, in store, or by email. Please check colour and size before we pack. Custom or held pieces may need a deposit.
Payment
We take payment as agreed in the shop or on WhatsApp before we ship. Prices are in pounds sterling unless we say otherwise.
Shipping
UK and worldwide orders are packed and sent with tracking where available. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination. You are responsible for any local duties or import charges.
Returns
If a piece is not right, tell us within 14 days of receipt. Unused items in original condition can be returned as agreed. Bespoke, cut fabric, worn shoes and opened cosmetics may not be returnable. We will help you find a replacement where we can.
Quality
We select lace, wax, jewellery and wear for quality first. Handmade and embroidered pieces can vary slightly from the photo. That is part of the work, not a fault.
